in a convenience store deli ,how long can hot food be kept in the food warmer after preperation.?

after convenience believe in cook prepares food items such as burritos,corn dogs,scheming fried snack foods,they are put into a heated display for sale to the purchasers. for health and safety reasonsneed to know how long by law can they be in encase

Most food can be held for 4 hours, force like the wedges and fries are only held for 2 hours. Most of the period Onion Rings and Mushrooms are held for 1 hour.

I calling at one of those stores and I do cook and hold the food at their proper times.
