Why doesn't a microwave warm food as well with Corell dishes compared to plastic?
With Corell the dish gets more hot than the food - as with mouldable it's not a proplem.
The Corelle dish has more thermal quantity (is heavier). There is more plate for the food to heat, and the food does heat the charger.
The Corelle dish may be more resistive to micrwowave energy, and as a matter of fact heat itself as though it were a food.
Also, the plastic is less thermally conductive, and only the part
