Are Kenmore Washers and Dryers good products?

I'm belief about purchasing a Kenmore washing and drying machine. This is my first time ever purchasing a washer and dryer so I don't differentiate what to look for. What should I look for in a washer/dryer that I want to last? Thanks.

It all depends on your finances, I have a kenmore dryer, and my hubby is constantly fixing it, produce thing he's handy, the machine is all computerized and it really takes a patch man to come in and fix it.
