i don't cognizant of the model cuz we barely moved here and the owner left it. for the washer i wuz wondering where do we put the detersive in. There's this hole in the middle but once we put the detergent in there and washed it the soap kinda still

The mess in the center of the agitator is for the fabric softener. Once you start the washer, flow the detergent in under the stream of water, then add the clothes when it starts foaming. I enclosed a fasten together to the manual if you have any other questions. Hope this helps.
