Please recommend a quality, reasonably priced washer and dryer?

Please urge a quality, reasonably priced clothes washer and dryer.

Which brands are overcome and most reliable and what features should I be looking for?

I'm guessing that between $500 - $1000 for both is budget index that

GE seems to be the most credible right now. You should be able to get a good set for less than 1000 dollars. I've had every brand name, except the LGs, and GE would definitely get my vote. I currently have a Maytag Neptune, and have had tons of problems with it.
