Oster hot and cold water dispenser?

Needed to positive if anyone knows anything about a Oster hot and cold water dispenser stainless steel. If the water gets cold and if you can use a okay water bottle with out the pierceable sealed caps. No where on line that I could find do they have

I own an Oster hot and cold water dispenser and I rapture it. I had to return the first one I got because the cold water wasn't working. I was nervous about getting another one, but am inclined that I did. I do not use the pierceable sealed caps and it works just OK. It just says that because there is a stem that pokes holes in the pierceable caps,
