I am planning on getting my 1st tattoo done done and would like to know if anyone knows any REALLY good tattoo artists in either Manitowoc, Appleton, or Sheboygan Wisconsin, who can do Colossal work on detailed flower tattoos. And has reasonable prices,

look up the yellow pages foryour breadth, go visit the shops. see what you think. Look at their portfolios and sterlisation grit. if you like it and feel good about them go for it. if you feel theres something off the target at any point go straight for the door because your instincts are prob proper.
