Anyone familiar with the MAYTAG WATER FILTER SYSTEMS? Or know how to file complaint about them?

bought a very overpriced whole house unit water filter by MAYTAG in Dec. of 2005. it has not seemed to work right since I bought. was installed incorrectly at first. recently had it corrected. still don't seem to be doing like it should do
