I've seen multiple portable water bottle brands that upon with an insertable water filter. However, I know that with my water pitcher filter at home, it takes a mini bit of time for the water to drip down and filter. Is this the case with these portable

I fantasize you should know that most or all bottle water with filters come with activated carbon filters. Because of the way inverse osmosis (RO) works, I don't think it can be used for a portable water filter. RO systems for pre- and post-filters with the RO filter in between. Also, the filter system usually comes with a storage tank.

Could Water Booble by Karim Rashid be the perfect portable bottle ...

In the feel during truck transportation, whatever that weight might be.

At $10 per bottle and $7 per filter and account that one filter can do its job for about 300 refills (i conjecture that depends on the grade of the water, some water sources would use the filter faster than others) this is a right sell.  The sprightly carbon filter pulls out chlorine and other structural contaminates and will cue you when it needs replacement.

I still meditate how Vestergaard Frandsen’s LifeStraw can filter 700 liters at $2 apiece . I bet if someone would very lack to build compensate it it can be done for $1-5 the bottle + the $2 for sucha filter and voila the $7 per year bottle + all the spared bottled water and all. And the LifeStraw, called here in Europe FiltaStraws, is present valid here. If only someone made this accommodating of bottle and adjust the filter to it the happy would be a cured mission.
