How to develop stencils using a UV lamp?

Does anyone cognizant of how to develop a stencil using a UV lamp? i make a drawing in photoshop, stamp it out on transparent sheet then i need to develop it under a UV lamp to make a stencil to describe, etch or draw round. Any suggestions. Thanks
