Hot Water Filtration ...What are my options???

I have a mannered hot water boiler via tankless coil hot water heater. Water has heavy iron and other to be expected minerals. Screen on hot water side of washing machine CONSTANTLY plugs up. Already doubled cartidges on domestic cold before boiler,

The iron is dissolved in the water and must be removed via oxidation. A water softener is effective of removing small amounts of iron and will need more continuing regeneration. Potassium permanganate or chlorine are also used in treatment systems and are more advisedly suited for iron removal.
