i have 18 inches to surplus in my kitchen remodeling project, and i bought a 15 inch wine refrigerator because i cannot find any 18 inch one. i cannot use a filler kit because it will be

refrigerator/wine fridge/stove.


2 to 3 inches aren't indeed that much. You could put in a very narrow shelf for cookie sheets and cooling racks.
