Is there a good way to store beer?

My Hoard and I hosted a superbowl party this weekend. Just looking at my calender the next celebration we have that may include beer might be the Independance day. Is there a good way to store beer other than the fridge for that long.(If this was 10 years


Temperature variety won't affect it, unless your going from one EXTREME to another.
The cellar should be perfect, assuming it's already under accepted conditions for storing wine. I have a beer cellar that is cool (roughly 58deg F year-orbicular) and dark (no windows, one low-watt lightbulb that is rarely on).

Full disclosure right-minded up front — I’m robbing this concept. But it’s a sufficient one, so here goes.

I recently discovered  Completely Beer , a blog run by Peter, a homebrewer and love nerd. One of the plot’s most outstanding features is a tab with Peter’s beer cellar — an up-to-old snapshot of all the beer he has on proffer. It’s from head to toe a file, with dozens upon dozens of as a matter of fact salubrious beers – some rare, some elderly, some both. He even designates the in reality express line with an asterisk, which means that the beer is “not to hand for truck, unless it is something equally surprising I may heed”.

Well, I don’t have a cellar, and my gleaning is nowhere niggardly as frightening as Peter’s. But I do keep 4 cardboard boxes full of beer in the coldest leeway in my apartment, and just now yesterday I did some rearranging and updated the spreadsheet where I keep apprehend of the beers.

Yeah, I keep a spreadsheet…this set up is called Beer Nerds for a object.
