Temperature-does it matter whether you have multiple temperature zones ?
I utterly agree with the previous answers. More than 1 temperature zone for storing is not demanded. Before serving, you can get the wine at the proper temperature for drinking.
Ideal temperatures for storing wine are between 50-55 degrees F with humidity at 70 degrees or to a certain higher. The higher humidity helps keep the corks
