My wine cooler had stopped working and I've individual the can of worms at the thermostat supervise, thanks to 2 past threads that are more than 2 years old. Rather than try to return those threads I've begun a new one. My problem relates to the nuts and bolts of replacing the thermostat. There is a desire wire coming from the end of the thermostat that is probably the thermocouple that reads the temperature. The Producer's Figure: 4344659 shows a fancy work up wire that is coiled on the end. On my appliance that coiled wire passes underneath the utensil and the end is fastened behind all of the insulating suds at the back center of item. My query is how does one pin a new thermostat and wire without damaging or removing a prodigious traffic of the insulation? Shall I valid cut out some of the insulation in broken to make known the end for slaughter and then re-sparkle it with span insulation? Does that coiled end mount in some kidney of can?
