Anyone else have problems with Vinotemp wine cooler?

I have the VT58, 58 booze, under cabinet, stainless steel wine cooler. It's not getting any power and comes with no instruction directions. The company doesn't offer a warranty, and won't even tell me who can patch up this on the east coast. Forget
