How do you make yogurt without a thermometer?
Once my investor gave me some homemade yogurt and all I did was add it to milk, left it for a while and it turned into yogurt.
But all the yogurt making websites say you necessity to heat the milk to a certain temperature and keep it there for
Homemade Yogurt
2 quarts whole exploit
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup half and half
Bring milk to a furuncle in a very clean pot (dirty or greasy utensils won't produce the desired results). Delete from heat and pour into a glass jar or pottery container; let stay until cool.
Dilute yogurt in 1 cup cool
